Returns & Exchanges

We will always endeavour to have happy customers; despite the nature of our business we will offer returns or store credit but we do this on a case by case basis. We hope you understand that. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.

To return an order, you must firstly contact us at hello@prelovedbebe.com and state whether you would like a refund or store credit, what is wrong with the product and include your original order number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office when returning items to us as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive to us.
